After about a day of nonstop digital coloring I was able to get this pic finished finally (I just finished it quite a while ago today). Anyway this is a gift for
who likes the DC comic hero, Static Shock. Now I never heard of him until I saw a little bit of his show (which actually wasn't as bad as I thought it would be) and saw him on Justice League (the recent one that was on Cartoon Network). So after watching a bit of the show and discussing about it with him I decided to draw it. So I hope this turned out well because I'm really tired from all that coloring.
Materials: Pencil, Eraser, Gimp 2.6 Program
